Whatever the size of your project, we will visit your existing facility and assess the equipment installed to check its suitability for reuse, whilst ensuring that such technical matters as ventilation conform with current standards and statutory legislation. We will listen carefully to your needs and prepare a Catering Brief against which a refurbishment plan will be developed.
We have established strong relationships with the leading manufacturers of commercial catering equipment from all corners of the globe, which allows us to provide you with an industry wide choice of products selected to meet your project’s specific needs, budget and operational requirements.
Hallmark also provides you with one of our experienced in-house project managers at the outset to ensure your kitchen installation is completed on time and on budget with the minimum of fuss. He will ensure that your refurbishment is properly supervised and that the equipment is delivered, installed and commissioned as planned by carefully coordinating with your building contractor as well as our own installation engineers.
In addition to the preliminary design drawings, we will produce detailed service drawings along with builder’s work requirements and our project manager will present a program of works so we can agree the installation schedule and where appropriate co-ordinate with other trades.
After the equipment has been installed by Hallmark, it is thoroughly tested and commissioned by our engineers prior to handover and a comprehensive training and demonstration programme is implemented by our project manager in conjunction with the manufacturer’s representatives.Enquire Today
