When international restaurateur Costas Spiliadis decided to bring his fine dining fish offer to London, he contacted Hallmark following a recommendation from Gareth Sefton of SHW Consultants. With established restaurants in Athens, Las Vegas, Miami, Montreal and New York, Costas knew exactly what he wanted but needed the professional assistance of a UK specialist to design develop and install his vision. With bespoke marble clad counters, a wood burning oven in what represents the body of a windmill and triple-tier lobster tank, Hallmark delivered the project in conjunction with WFC Contractors.
