THE GROVE

The Grove, a luxury hotel spa and golf resort in Hertfordshire, were looking to make the addition of an outdoor single unit BBQ area to their courtyard, and Hallmark Kitchens were chosen for the job.

We followed the project from conception to completion, designing the area, providing the equipment and overseeing the installation.

The project required a custom made BBQ counter within the built, outdoor-friendly BBQs, a refrigerated drawer so that food could also be stored alongside the cooking station, and a sink area.

This project was very unique and different compared to what we usually work on as it was a custom-made cooking area solely for outdoor use.

We saw this as a new challenge to take on, as the uniqueness of the project also comes with a new hurdle to jump. Due to it being a solely outdoor area, the fabrication and equipment we fitted would need to be suitable for all weather conditions whilst still being fit for purpose and easy to use.

We worked with Pioneer Fabrications for the counter and we found them really helpful throughout the installation and design process. We needed a company to work closely with for this project as a lot of the equipment provided was to be inset into the counters provided.

We also worked with Crown Verity BBQs to provide the equipment, who have proved to be a successful decision for the job.
