UPMARKET STAFF RESTAURANT AND CAFE BAR FOR THE TELEGRAPH MEDIA GROUP
Designed as a cost-effective staff feeding kitchen designed to cater for all-day sit-down and take-away service via prestige front of house display servery counters and theatre cooking section, the new catering facilities at the offices of Telegraph Media Group accommodate a maximum of 2000 staff.
Facilities include a main kitchen, hot servery, salad, cold beverage & snack counter and deli counters as well as a coffee bar which works 24 hours adjacent to the restaurant in the atrium.

“This restaurant is as good as it can be,” said Manager Rachel Carter. “Our food offer is clearly laid out, easy to follow and includes hot dishes, salads and snacks including prepared pasta dishes, desserts and a range of cold drinks and juices.


“The deli counter in particular looks great and offers a choice of breads and fillings including toasted sandwiches.
“The induction cooking theatre cooking counter also really works well and is especially useful later in the day when the customer might just fancy bacon & eggs or an omelette.”
Four chefs and two porters operate the main kitchen with a further two staff on the deli counter and two more in the café adjacent.
Servery counters are manufactured using white corian and stainless steel. Kitchen equipment includes combination ovens, bratt pans, a large fryer, refrigeration and a pizza oven.
