STAFF RESTAURANT FOR MARKS & SPENCER HEADQUARTERS
“It is not bistro style – we have moved on from that; this is ‘Era-3’,” staff feeding, explained Andrew Murray, BaxterStorey’s Group Manager of the catering at the new headquarters building for Marks & Spencer, in London’s Paddington Basin.

A deli bar concept
A ‘Ping’ counter where staff can select from an M&S range of recipe dishes designed to be regenerated by steam
From the main servery: A range of grilled and griddled dishes; The ‘world’ section featuring recipe dishes from around the world; Plus fish, meat, poultry and vegetarian dishes
Front of house ‘theatre’ cooking featuring griddle, hob and rotisserie
Foodservice facilities were designed by Tricon Foodservice Consultants (FCSI), while the building itself was designed by architect Lord Rogers of Riverside.
