INSTALLATION OF STAFF RESTAURANT, CAFE AND BEVERAGE COUNTER AT UNILEVER HOUSE, LONDON
The new-look Unilever House opened in May 2007 following the redevelopment by Stanhope plc of the Grade II Listed, 350,000 sq ft building and the reinstatement of Unilever in a completely new working environment.

The project included the restoration of the front façade, re-siting of roof-top plant, a new rear façade and the complete redevelopment of office space. Additional features include a new restaurant on the 8th floor and rooftop gardens.
The restaurant caters for 450 Unilever employees and 700 sub tenants plus corporate entertaining.
Only the splendid Art Deco facade was left standing as the building was brought up to date with efficient state-of-the-art offices.
