NEW PRODUCTION KITCHEN FOR MEREWORTH PRIMARY SCHOOL, KENT
Mereworth wanted to re-establish a home-cooked meal service.
The project to design and build the new kitchen was handled entirely by Hallmark Group and involved demolishing and moving walls, new floors, walls and ceilings, M&E services and a new gas main, as well as supplying and installing the equipment. No outside contractors were required.
All meals are now cooked fresh, up from 45 via the old delivered meals system to an average of 110 daily.
