And the winner is…..Dishoom!

The team at Hallmark are delighted to learn that Dishoom had picked up the accolade for “Best Casual Dining Operation” at the annual British curry awards which took place on Monday 28th November 2016 at Battersea Evolution, London. The coveted award ceremony often referred to as the industry’s ‘Oscars’ was a fantastic evening and we’re delighted for the Covent Garden based restaurant.

Dishoom Convent Garden, often referred to as D2 was the location where Hallmark Kitchens successfully refurbished and redesigned the catering areas, providing the Brigade of Chefs a working environment where they can cook up award winning dishes for now and in the future.
